NLRB Postpones Posting Requirement Until April 30, 2012

A previous posting alerted readers to the National Labor Relations Board’s new requirement that a poster be displayed at virtually every workplace giving workers notice of certain rights.  The poster, available at the NLRB’s website, must be posted in non-union shops as well as in union shops.  In response to criticism by various business groups, the NLRB has again delayed implementing the posting requirement, this time until April 30 2012, rather than November 2011 as initially scheduled.
